This is radiationmonitors.ca’s (“RMS”) privacy policy. This document explains RMS’S policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information from it's forms.

RMS collects information by various methods including information actively provided by its customers, and information from third parties contracting with RMS to provide services for our customers.

Individuals may review their personal information contained in RMS'S files by contacting RMS. If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

RMS may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how RMS uses or discloses personal information already held by RMS in a material way, RMS will obtain consent.
